Spinning

• All the cotton used in manufacturing in of yarn is scrutinized thoroughly before issuing it for spinning.
• We are fully equipped with latest machines to analyze all sorts of yarn to maintain coherence in quality

Fabric

• All the Fabric is strictly inspected at each stage of the process.
• We not only follow “Four Point American Standard” but also consider that best quality product is delivered to our customer.
• We make sure that your product reaches you safely; therefore, we double wrap the fabric with poly propylene wrapping.
• Daily production is checked for Shrinkage, weight, width, skew moment and bowing, tears & tensile, PH, color fastness, stiffness of fabric, and shade grouping.
